The Skin Beauty delivers skincare, makeup and beauty products to customers throughout eligible locations in the United Kingdom.
This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, delivery options, delivery charges, tracking and what to do if there is a problem with your delivery.
1. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been authorised.
Working days normally exclude Saturdays, Sundays and UK bank holidays.
Orders placed during weekends, UK bank holidays, major promotions, product launches or particularly busy periods may require additional processing time.
Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time shown for your selected delivery service.
2. UK Standard Delivery
Our standard UK delivery option is:
Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch
Delivery charge: £10.00
The estimated delivery period begins once your order has been dispatched and does not include our normal order processing period.
3. UK Express Delivery
Where available, you may select our Express Delivery service during checkout.
Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch
Delivery charge: £15.00
Express Delivery availability may depend on your delivery address, the time the order is placed and product availability.
Selecting Express Delivery does not necessarily remove our standard order processing time unless we specifically state otherwise.
4. Free UK Standard Delivery
Skin Beauty currently offers free UK Standard Delivery on qualifying orders of £75.00 or more.
The order value must meet the qualifying threshold after any applicable discount codes or promotions have been applied unless otherwise stated.
Free delivery applies to our standard delivery service only unless a particular promotion expressly states otherwise.
If you choose Express Delivery on an order that qualifies for free Standard Delivery, the Express Delivery charge may still apply.

6. Delivery Estimates
Delivery timeframes shown on our website are estimates unless a particular delivery date has expressly been agreed with you.
We will take reasonable steps to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated period.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Delivery may occasionally take longer because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Delivery Areas
The Skin Beauty currently delivers to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom.
The delivery services available for your particular address will be displayed during checkout.
Certain locations may have different delivery availability or estimated delivery times depending on the courier service available to that location.
8. Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a dispatch confirmation email.
Where a tracked delivery service is used, your dispatch confirmation may include a tracking number or tracking link.
Tracking information can sometimes take a short period to become active after your parcel has been handed to the delivery provider.

We will try to help where possible, but we cannot guarantee that a delivery address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
10. Delivery Delays
Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Severe weather
- Courier or postal disruption
- Transport disruption
- UK bank holidays
- Exceptionally high order volumes
- Security or customs-related delays where applicable
- Other unexpected events outside our reasonable control
If a significant delay occurs, we will take reasonable steps to investigate and resolve the matter.
11. Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please check any tracking information provided to you.

12. Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel or products arrive damaged, please contact The Skin Beauty as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the affected product
- Photographs of the external packaging where appropriate

13. Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that you did not order, please contact us before returning it.
We will provide appropriate instructions for correcting the order.
You will not be expected to pay a return charge where The Skin Beauty has supplied an incorrect item.
14. Orders Sent in Multiple Parcels
In some circumstances, products within the same order may be dispatched separately.
Where this happens, you may receive more than one parcel and may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
You will not be charged an additional delivery fee simply because The Skin Beauty chooses to divide one order into multiple parcels.
15. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the delivery provider is unable to complete delivery, they may:
- Attempt delivery again
- Leave the parcel in an appropriate safe location where permitted
- Deliver it to an approved collection point
- Provide instructions for rearranging delivery
Please follow the instructions provided by the delivery company where applicable.
16. Returned-to-Sender Parcels
A parcel may be returned to The Skin Beauty if it cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts or another delivery issue.
If this happens, please contact us to discuss the available options.
Additional delivery charges may apply where a second dispatch is requested because incorrect delivery information was provided by the customer, where permitted by law and where the charge has been clearly communicated.
17. Changes or Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to request a change or cancellation before your order has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing has begun.

18. Shipping Charges & Returns
The standard UK delivery charge is currently £10.00.
The Express UK delivery charge is currently £15.00.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods unless Skin Beauty agrees otherwise.
Where The Skin Beauty provides an optional prepaid return service, the applicable return charge will be explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
19. Original Shipping Charges Following Cancellation
Where applicable UK law requires The Skin Beauty to refund the original delivery charge following a valid cancellation of an eligible order, our obligation is generally limited to the cost of our least expensive standard delivery service.
Our current Standard Delivery charge is £10.00.
If you selected Express Delivery at £15.00, the additional amount paid for that upgraded service may not be refundable where permitted by law.
20. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or replaces any statutory rights available to you under applicable UK consumer law.
Where this policy conflicts with a statutory right that cannot legally be excluded, your statutory rights will apply.
